The only Naturalization information stored at the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse are Court orders for each Naturalization Ceremony held from 1996 to present and name change petitions from that same time frame. Not all new citizens complete name change petitions.

To obtain a copy of a name change petition (1996 to present) Call 244-7900 to verify that a name change petition is located in this office for the Naturalized Citizen in question You may also visit the Office of the Clerk, 111 South 10th Street, Rm. 3.300.
