To allow Self-Represented Litigants (SRLs) direct access to the Court during the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri has developed a direct email box for use by Self-Represented Litigants to present documents, pleadings, and new case filings in accordance with the applicable statutes and rules of the Judicial Conference of the United States and local rules of this Court. These accommodations shall remain in place for the duration of the current national emergency. Procedures for SRL filings are outlined in the attached Public Notice.
