Treatment Services

The United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Missouri intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services beginning October 1, 2025. The total duration of the BPA, including the exercise of four 12-month options, shall not exceed 60 months. BPAs are being solicited for the following:

Drug Testing Collection and Substance Use Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis collection, sweat patch application/removal, assessments, substance use cognitive based counseling (individual, group, and/or family), and transportation.

Mental Health Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, psychiatric evaluations, mental health assessments, mental health counseling (individual, group, and/or family, which may also include dual diagnosis counseling), psychotropic medication, emergency financial assistance, and transportation.

Sex Offender Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, sex offense-specific evaluations, counseling (individual, group, and/or family), chaperone training and support, specialized treatment (individual and group) for pretrial defendants charged with a sex-offense, and transportation.
