Chief Judge Rodney W. Sippel signed an order today, September 1, 2020, allowing the continued use of audio and video conferencing when ordered by the Judge presiding in the case. In-person jury trials and other in-person hearings are authorized, but only a limited number can be conducted at once in order to maintain current public health and safety restrictions.
