District Court Closure Notice from 10am-5pm Friday September 10 – Emergency and Remote Filing Still Available

In order to allow staff to attend district-wide training, the U.S. District Court Clerk’s Office will be closed September 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Next Gen Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (NextGen CM/ECF) will be available and drop boxes will be available in both St. Louis and Cape Girardeau courthouses.
