Chief Judge Stephen R. Clark today entered an Order  ending emergency case operations related to COVID effective tomorrow, May 11, 2023. This Order does allow for the continued use of remote audio broadcasts in civil cases through September 21, 2023.  Other than the exception for remote audio broadcasts in civil cases, all other proceedings revert to the status otherwise authorized under the law prior to the emergency provisions of the CARES Act.

In addition, all COVID-related building entry procedures in the Court’s prior Building Entry Order also expire on May 11.
